By monitoring and measuring media performance for efficient ROI delivery, Amie Smith was working in programmatic buying long before the industry buzz word existed. She has tailored her career as a seasoned media professional with 20 years of experience working with a variety of verticals including clients: UnitedHealthcare, Discover Financial Services, Luxottica/LensCrafters brand, and Universal Orlando Theme Park and Resorts. Smith is key in strategy development and brings a lens of both direct response and brand building awareness to campaign development. She leads a media team of strategists, coordinators, and researchers. Her background includes data analysis and media optimizations, and is a firm believer that data is king. During this time, she has cultivated great relationships with multiple media vendors. Amie and her media team provide service and solutions that help drive performance media at scale.

NATALIE RUTLEDGE

CEO

As CEO, Natalie oversees operations to produce new business, shape client strategy, and drive ongoing company integration. She promotes a goal-oriented, collaborative environment where employees treat client budgets as if they were their own, driving TCA’s culture of focused execution and accountability – for both ourselves and our clients. Natalie applies her background in communications and marketing with her experience in media science to create strategic initiatives that drive measurable results. Her fast-paced career is fueled by her need to be a disruptor, innovator, and, at times, a rebel with a competitive streak. She aims to influence and inspire.

PAUL SYLVIA

SENIOR BUSINESS STRATEGIST

Paul is a 14-year veteran of TCA, first in media and now in business development. This gives him a valuable perspective into the workings of off-line media, as well as TCA’s ability to deliver efficient scaling for clients across many key categories. He identifies clients who can benefit from TCA’s capabilities, educates them on how we can enhance their business growth, and delivers on that promise with his team’s ability to scale many different businesses with widely varying models, metrics, and consumer targets. Paul believes in collaboration, creative problem-solving, transparency, accountability — and the power they have to generate positive results for clients.

With 20+ years of cross-category media experience and a hyper-focus on activation and efficiency, Amy is an expert in creating heavily tailored branding strategies built to scale. She is a strong negotiator and instills in her team the importance of creatively turning a no into a yes for TCA clients. Amy has developed and strengthened brand awareness across TCA’s client portfolio while also driving key bottom-funnel performance metrics. Amy and her team of data-led media strategists utilize aggressive ROI tactics seeded by innovative tentpole-style execution to turn consumer targets into consumer allies.

With a data background and strong curiosity for understanding “what makes people tick,” Nicole leads the research team in connecting the “what” and “why” to result in more effective ROI. She finds the storyline in how people think, feel, shop, and share – and incorporates these consumer lifestyles, attitudes, and behaviors into highly tailored campaigns.

With over a decade as an analytics and marketing technology leader, Sergei is an expert at leveraging data and marketing science to generate measurable client growth. He specializes in advertising effectiveness, brand research, data management, and translating complex analytics into actionable insights. With an extensive background in multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling, his focus is in advancing the technology and analytics solutions used within ad measurement and optimizations – or as he would say, “quantifying each contribution to the bottom line.”

Amy has been a creative thinker for her entire life and is happiest when surrounded with data to investigate. She uncovers the best path forward by analyzing prior performance datasets, forecasting marketplace trends, and identifying upcoming category challenges or developments. Amy started in media buying over 20 years ago and has continued her pursuit for data by expanding into research and planning. Now Associate Director of Strategy, Amy utilizes her background in media buying, planning, and research and is TCA’s glue between the teams; providing each department a highly tailored strategy to reach each client’s goals.

Kim Rowland

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Kim believes that transparent teamwork is at the heart of every success and she treats her client’s investments as if they were her own. Her 20 years of experience managing accounts across numerous verticals has taught her that every client is the most important client. Kim is known as an excellent communicator with a passion for growing client relationships. She brings a sharp eye to each campaign, combining the right talent to deliver tailored service and strong results.
