Jon began his career at the age of seventeen in the mail room of Norlich Advertising in Cincinnati, Ohio. So enraptured with his first advertising experience, Jon earned a BA in Communications from Spring Hill College and then went on to get his Masters in Art Direction from The Creative Circus. Over the next nine years he worked for Lewis Communications and St. John and Partners until finally settling at The Cross Agency in 2003. Client experience includes; Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, DirectBuy, Feed The Children, Ramada, Cincinnati Bell and Zaxby’s.

As VP of Media, Natalie plays a leadership role in the development, execution and daily media management of key agency accounts. Natalie has ten years of advertising agency experience and specializes in constructing media strategies that drive measurable results and meet client objectives. She manages the planning, execution, daily maintenance and performance analysis for both brand and direct response advertising initiatives. Natalie’s media management approach includes the daily tracking of dollars out to leads/impressions in and she advises adjustments if necessary midstream to ensure each campaign best achieves efficiencies within flight.

To stay competitive in the ever-evolving digital landscape, one requires a person who can turn his hand to many things. A master of integration. Colin brings a rich array of experience ranging from TV production, post-production, motion design, web development, mobile marketing, online advertising, design and more. Colin manages all of our online advertising and digital development strategies. By evaluating target demographics, behavior and accumulation models, and frequency-of-use statistics, Colin develops tailored content-strategies to increase click/view through and pre and post campaign analysis, brand integration, and audience retention while simultaneously optimizing our clients’ ad-revenue opportunities.

Austin’s role is to work directly with clients to ensure that TCA marketing and advertising strategies are aligned with their business goals and objectives, in order to maximize return on marketing investments. Austin has been with The Cross Agency for seven years. Prior to joining the agency, Mr. Van Horn worked in radio and TV broadcasting as a local and national sales manager, and a national business development executive for a Fortune 500 e-business and information technology company. Austin’s varied work experience in media, supply chain/logistics, information technology, manufacturing, marketing, national sales development, and account management provides TCA clients with an account leader who has a thorough understanding of business at each level of the enterprise.
